Payment FAQs:

1. How much and by when do I have to pay the security deposit?

Ans. A refundable security deposit of $500 has to be paid upon receipt of the signed agreement.

2. When is the rental fee due?

Ans. 50% of the rental rates have to be paid 60 days prior to the start of the vacation with the balance due at least 14 days before the vacation starts.
